The equipment is mainly used for reflow soldering of surface-mounted components, chips, and similar products. The specific details are as follows:

III. Overall Technical Description

The entire furnace is mainly divided into four major parts: the furnace body, temperature control system, and transmission system.

3.1 Furnace Body Design

Furnace body structure division: Inlet platform, inlet transition section, heating section, outlet transition section, cooling section, outlet platform. The specific distribution is detailed in Figure 1 and Table 1.

3.2 Temperature Control System Design

3.2.1 Temperature Measurement: Each control and detection point uses an independent K-type thermocouple for measurement.

3.2.2 Control Instrument: An imported intelligent regulator is used for control. It has multiple alarm protection functions such as PID parameter self-tuning, high-temperature upper limit alarm, and thermocouple failure indication.

3.2.3 Heating Control: Heating can be turned on after the hot air circulation is running. The heating part is powered by multiple AC contactors in groups to reduce the instantaneous current impact on the power grid.

3.2.4 Control Method: Solid-state relay zero-crossing triggering method.

3.2.5 Over-temperature Handling: When the temperature in a certain temperature zone exceeds the limit, the over-temperature alarm system for that zone immediately issues an audible and visual alarm signal and cuts off the heating, with the buzzer emitting a continuous alarm sound.

3.3 Transmission System Design

3.3.1 The transmission control uses a frequency converter to drive the frequency conversion motor, controlled through a reducer, with continuously adjustable speed.

3.3.2 The belt conveyor device is driven by sprockets and chains, which drive the main and driven wheels, and the belt runs through the friction force between the transmission wheel and the belt. Belt alignment devices are installed on both sides of the inlet and outlet.

VI. Equipment Conditions

6.1 Equipment Transportation and On-site Installation

6.1.1 Equipment Transportation Method: Overall transportation: Total length = 3600mm, width W = 1200 mm, height H = 1450 mm.

6.1.2 Equipment Unloading: 2-ton hydraulic forklift (or 2-ton crane) 2 units.

6.1.3 Equipment Unloading/Positioning: After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, the customer inspects the equipment for any damage. If there is no damage, the customer is responsible for unloading the equipment to the designated location.

6.1.4 Pre-installation Preparation: The customer needs to prepare in advance, with specific parameters detailed in (Normal Operating Conditions of the Equipment).

6.1.5 On-site Construction: The customer is responsible for: equipment positioning at the site, including equipment unloading, wiring of external power lines to the main switch of the equipment, and the factory's exhaust system (including hoods, etc.).

6.1.6 Manufacturer's Responsibility: On-site assembly of the equipment, furnace construction, and functional debugging of the equipment, and assistance to the buyer in process debugging.

6.2 Normal Operating Conditions of the Equipment

6.2.1 Environmental Conditions: Temperature: 0~40°C, Humidity: ≤80%RH, No corrosive gases, No strong air currents.

6.2.2 Ventilation System: Non-contact connection to the user's exhaust system, with an exhaust capacity greater than 40m³/h.

6.2.3 Floor: Level, no significant vibration, load-bearing capacity >500Kg/m².

6.2.4 Power Conditions: Capacity greater than 30kVA, 3-phase 5-wire, voltage 220/380V, frequency 50Hz. Live wire: yellow, green, red; neutral wire: blue; ground wire: yellow-green.
