Product Description

I. Furnace Model: 

SLA3804-1209ZNO Atmosphere Oxidation Furnace  

 

II. Technical Specifications and Basic Configuration:  
This equipment is primarily used for high-temperature oxidation and heat treatment processes of oxygen-free copper foil under N₂ and O₂ mixed atmosphere conditions. Details are as follows:  

2.1 **Rated Temperature**: 800°C; **Maximum Temperature**: 950°C  
2.2 **Effective Height**: 40mm

2.6 **Furnace Structure**: Large furnace chamber with SUS310S muffle tube structure. The muffle bottom is fully covered with support boxes to enhance rigidity (dispersion gas boxes are also installed at the bottom).

   - A total of 10 stainless steel detection pipelines are connected in parallel to the oxygen analyzer. Electromagnetic valves are used to switch detection points, enabling real-time monitoring of oxygen content in the furnace and facilitating adjustment of gas intake.  
2.13 **Oxygen Content** (analyzed online with oxygen analyzer, tested under pure nitrogen atmosphere):  
   - Zone 2: ≤15ppm + gas source oxygen content  
   - Zone 4: ≤10ppm + gas source oxygen content  
   - Zone 6: ≤10ppm + gas source oxygen content  
   - Cooling Zone: ≤10ppm + gas source oxygen content  
   - Final Cooling Zone: ≤15ppm + gas source oxygen content  
2.14 **Exhaust System**: One exhaust pipe is installed at each of the inlet and outlet transition sleeves (refer to Section 3.2 for technical details).  
2.15 **Cooling Method**: Combined air and water cooling, with one water temperature detection point in the cooling water jacket.  
2.16 **Structural Division**: Refer to Section 3.1 for technical details.
