The SLR reduced atmosphere mesh belt furnace uses a generated exothermic or endothermic gas atmosphere to braze copper and to anneal steel parts without the oxidation and scaling that occur in air. Operating at a working temperature of 1050C, the furnace produces strong, clean copper brazed joints and bright annealed surfaces at a lower atmosphere cost than hydrogen based systems, making it an economical choice for many production brazing and annealing lines. A 360mm wide nickel chromium mesh belt conveys the workpieces through six controlled zones and a cooling section, while the sealed tunnel and balanced gas curtains keep the reducing atmosphere stable along the entire furnace length, delivering consistent metallurgical results across large production batches.

This reduced atmosphere mesh belt furnace is used for copper brazing of steel assemblies such as tubular frames, chains, brackets, motor housings and radiator components, and for oxide free bright annealing of steel stampings, wire products and machined parts. It is well suited to general metalworking operations that require a clean, bright surface after brazing or annealing but prefer a generated gas atmosphere to the higher cost and handling requirements of pure hydrogen. Manufacturers of furniture hardware, bicycle and motorcycle components, appliance parts and industrial chains use the furnace as the core of a continuous brazing or bright annealing line with predictable cycle times and stable quality.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach furnace is assembled and gas tested before shipment to confirm the integrity of the sealed atmosphere chamber and the stability of the reducing gas profile. The delivery includes the furnace main unit, inspection certificates for the principal components, a full technical document set and spare heating modules and thermocouples. The equipment is packed in wooden cases with moisture barriers and cushioning for safe ocean transport. We provide on site installation guidance, commissioning and process development for your brazing and annealing requirements, and the furnace carries a defined warranty with responsive after sales support.
Please supply the assembly drawings or part list, the base metal and filler metal, the required joint strength, the throughput and the intended atmosphere, and we will confirm the zone arrangement, heating power and gas circuit. We will then prepare a technical proposal, layout drawing and commercial quotation for your review. Minimum order quantity is one unit, payment terms are T/T or L/C, and standard delivery is 80 to 110 days. Contact us today for a cost effective brazing and annealing solution.
