The SLF ferrite pre sintering mesh belt furnace provides the controlled high temperature stage required to pre sinter ferrite and ceramic green bodies before final sintering, driving off binder and initiating densification while establishing the correct crystal structure. A 350mm wide mesh belt carries the pressed cores through seven independently controlled heating zones to a working temperature of 900C, with temperature uniformity of plusmn 3C maintained across the constant temperature zone. A multi path gas circuit with individual flow meters controls the atmosphere and exhausts binder vapors, and a controlled cooling section lowers the parts gradually to prevent cracking. The furnace delivers the stable, repeatable thermal profile that magnetic core production demands.

This ferrite pre sintering mesh belt furnace is used for the pre sintering of soft ferrite cores such as MnZn and NiZn core shapes, ceramic electronic components and other pressed green bodies that require a controlled first thermal stage before final sintering. It is also applied to the binder removal and pre densification of ceramic substrates and sensor elements. Manufacturers of magnetic cores, inductors, transformers and electronic ceramics use it to achieve clean binder removal, uniform initial densification and crack free handling, providing a stable foundation for the subsequent high temperature sintering step that determines the final magnetic and electrical properties.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach furnace is fully assembled and temperature profiled before shipment to confirm uniform performance across all seven zones. The delivery includes the furnace main unit, inspection certificates for the principal components, a complete technical document set and spare heating modules and thermocouples. The equipment is packed in reinforced wooden cases with moisture protection for safe ocean transport. Our engineers provide on site installation, commissioning and process development for your cores and binder systems, and the furnace is backed by a defined warranty and responsive after sales support.
Please provide the core material and geometry, the binder system, the required throughput and the downstream final sintering conditions, and we will confirm the zone arrangement, belt width, heating power and gas circuit. We will then prepare a technical proposal, general arrangement drawing and commercial quotation. Minimum order quantity is one unit, payment terms are T/T, and typical delivery is 80 to 110 days. Contact our technical sales team today for a pre sintering solution suited to your ferrite or ceramic production.
