The SLR reduced atmosphere mesh belt furnace uses a generated exothermic or endothermic gas atmosphere to braze copper and to anneal steel parts without the oxidation and scaling that occur in air. Operating at a working temperature of 1050C, the furnace produces strong, clean copper brazed joints and bright annealed surfaces at a lower atmosphere cost than hydrogen based systems, making it an economical choice for many production brazing and annealing lines.
