  1. Powerful Oxide Disruption with High-Purity Hydrogen: The core of our process is the use of a high-purity hydrogen-based atmosphere (e.g., pure H₂ or N₂-H₂). At the brazing temperature, hydrogen actively reduces the stubborn chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃) layer on the stainless steel surface, exposing a clean, active metal surface that the braze filler metal can wet and bond to perfectly.

  2. Flux-Free Process for Ultimate Cleanliness and Corrosion Resistance: The active hydrogen atmosphere completely eliminates the need for chemical fluxes.
