This furnace is mainly designed for heating treatment of products like thick film circuits, thick film resistors, electronic component electrodes, LTCC post-firing, etc.

3. General Description

The furnace is divided into four major sections: furnace body, atmosphere control system, temperature control system and drive system.

3.2  Atmosphere Control System Design

There are 5 atmosphere inlets. Please see the Figure2 and table 2 for detailed gas layout.

3.3  The Design of Temperature Control System

a. Temperature Measuring: use K type thermocouple independent measuring and control on the temperature control point of each zone.

b. Temperature Control: Intelligent temperature controller with PID parameter auto tuning, high temperature upper limit alarm, thermocouple failure and other protective alarm functions.

c. Heating Control System: grouped supply the electricity by several alternating current contactors to reduce the instantaneous current impact to the electric fence caused by the equipment.

d. Control Mode:Solid State relay zero cross trigger mode.

e. Over Temperature Alarm: when over temperature occurred in some zones, over temperature alarm system in corresponding zones immediately send audible and visual alarm signal and meanwhile the heating of this zone is cut off, other zones normally work, the buzzer sounds alarm.

 

3.4  Drive System Design

a. Drive Control uses Stepless speed regulation motor with servo controller, accuracy ±0.1%, to control the speed by gear box. The speed is adjustable continually.

b. Belt conveyor device: to drive the driving and drived wheel through chain and sprocket wheel, and then generate the friction force by driving wheel and the belt drive the belt running. There is a belt deviation guide device on the both sides at the entrance and exit.

 

3.5  Computer Control System

Use DCS control system, intelligent temperature controller control, industrial computer monitor, industrial computer can carry out multiple programs saving, real-time temperature and alarm record, data saving and printing and other functions. It also can provide the temperature calibration function in the chamber for adjusting process requirement.

 

3.6  Belt Clean System

Brush and Ultrasonic Belt Clean System could clean the mesh belt effectively, to keep the cleanliness of the belt and chamber. Ultrasonic clean system has the function of timed, automatic inlet and outlet water.

 

3.7  UPS Power Supply 

To avoid the situation of power off accidentally , UPS power could supply the computer and belt still working until the products move to exit section.

1. Equipment Condition

5.1  Equipment Transportation and Onsite Installation

a. The furnace will be wooden box packaging,use container transport to Chinese port.

b. The Transportation mode: integral transportation, the total length of the furnace is 6905 mm, the width is 1200mm, the height is 1350mm.

c. Unload & Installation Equipment: 2 hydraulic forklifts with 2 ton capacity (or 1 crane with 5 ton).  

d. Unpack and Location: When the equipment arrived, the customer inspects the furnace for damage, if everything is good, unload and place the furnace to the desired location.

e. Preparation before Installation: The power and exhaust hood and other conditions must be prepared by the customer before installing the equipment. Please see “The Operational Condition of the Equipment” for details.

f. Others: the unloading, location and outside wiring, exhaust hood of the equipment must be prepared by the customer.

 

5.2 The Operational Condition of the Equipment

a. Environment Condition: Temperature 0~40℃, Humidity: < 80%RH, no corrosive gas, no strong air current.

b. Compressed air: work pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 MPa, gas consumption about 15 - 18 m3/ h.

c. Ventilation System: non-contact exhaust system; exhaust capacity is more than 20m3/ h.

d. Ground: level, no obvious vibration, load bearing500kg/m2.

e. Power(TBD): Capacity great than 73 kVA, 3 Phases 5 Lines, Voltage: 220/380V , Frequency 50HZ, the cable’s color: Fire line: red, yellow, green , Zero line: blue, Ground line: yellow-green.

f. Installation Area: more than 8000×3000×3000mm(L×W×H), Installation area greater than 24m2 .
