The SLH high temperature mesh belt furnace is a heavy duty continuous sintering platform built for the demanding thermal profiles required by soft and hard magnetic materials, advanced ceramics and high performance metal powders. A 450mm wide nickel chromium mesh belt carries the load through nine independently controlled temperature zones to a working temperature of 1150C, with temperature uniformity of plusmn 3C maintained across the constant temperature zone. The combination of a long controlled heating section, a precisely regulated atmosphere and an extended cooling zone makes the furnace suitable for the densification and property development of ferrite and MnZn magnetic cores, ceramic substrates and specialty sintered alloys. It is engineered for continuous, high volume production where repeatability and thermal stability are the decisive factors.

This high temperature mesh belt furnace is used for the continuous sintering of soft magnetic ferrite and MnZn magnetic cores, hard magnetic materials, advanced structural and electronic ceramics, and specialty metal powders that require high sintering temperatures. It supports the firing of magnetic components used in transformers, inductors, motors and power electronics, as well as the densification of ceramic substrates and protective coatings. Manufacturers in the magnetic materials, electronic ceramics and powder metallurgy sectors rely on its long multi zone profile, high temperature stability and controlled atmosphere to achieve the dense, uniform microstructure and reliable magnetic properties their products demand.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEvery furnace is pre assembled and fully temperature profiled in our works before shipment to confirm stable performance across all nine zones and at the maximum rated temperature. The delivery includes the furnace main unit, inspection certificates for major components, a complete technical document set and spare heating modules, thermocouples and relays. The equipment is packed in reinforced wooden cases with moisture protection and internal bracing to withstand international transport. Our engineers provide on site installation, commissioning and process development support for your specific materials, and the furnace is backed by a defined warranty and dependable long term service.
Please provide the material type, the required sintering temperature and atmosphere, the target density or magnetic properties, the part dimensions and the desired hourly output, and we will confirm the zone configuration, heating power, cooling length and belt specification. We will then issue a technical proposal, general arrangement drawing and commercial quotation. Minimum order quantity is one unit, payment terms are T/T or L/C, and the standard lead time is 90 to 120 days.
