The SLC controlled atmosphere carbonitriding mesh belt furnace is a surface hardening system designed for the case hardening and carbonitriding of automotive and mechanical components that require a hard, wear resistant surface over a tough core. A 450mm wide mesh belt carries the parts through five precisely controlled zones at a working temperature of 880C, while a regulated atmosphere of endothermic carrier gas and ammonia introduces both carbon and nitrogen into the surface layer. Multiple control points and a modulated gas circuit keep the carbon potential stable, producing a uniform case depth and predictable hardness. The furnace is built for continuous, around the clock operation and for integration with quench and temper equipment in a fully automated hardening line.

This carbonitriding mesh belt furnace is applied to the case hardening and carbonitriding of automotive fasteners, chain pins and bushings, bearing races, drive shafts, gear blanks and other drive train components that must combine a hard wearing surface with a ductile core. It also serves general machinery parts such as hydraulic pins, agricultural implement components and power tool parts. By enriching the surface with both carbon and nitrogen, the process improves wear resistance and fatigue strength while allowing lower hardening temperatures and reduced distortion. Used in a continuous hardening line with quench and temper furnaces, it supports the high volume, high consistency production demanded by the automotive supply chain.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEvery carbonitriding furnace is assembled and tested under atmosphere before shipment to verify gas tightness, temperature uniformity and carbon potential stability. The delivery includes the furnace main unit, inspection certificates for key components, complete technical documentation and spare heating modules and thermocouples. The equipment is packed in reinforced wooden cases with moisture and shock protection suitable for international transport. Our engineers provide on site installation, commissioning and process development for your specific materials and case depth requirements, and the furnace is supported by a defined warranty and responsive after sales service.
Please tell us the part material, the required case depth and surface hardness, the production rate and the atmosphere you intend to use, and we will recommend the correct zone configuration, gas circuit and heating power. We will then issue a technical proposal, layout drawing and commercial quotation. Minimum order quantity is one unit, payment terms are T/T or L/C, and the standard lead time is 90 to 120 days.
