1. Main Application: 

It is mainly suitable for drying and curing of electronic products after printed, and it can also be used for drying organic solvents on metal surface.

3. General Description

The furnace is devided into 3 major sections: furnace body, temperature control system and drive system.  

  

3.1  Furnace Body Design

3.2  The Design of Temperature Control System

a. Temperature Measuring: use K-type thermocouple independent measuring and control on the temperature control point of each zone.

b. Temperature Control: use of Intelligent temperature controller to control, with PID parameter auto tuning, high temperature upper limit alarm, thermocouple failure and other protective alarm functions.

c. Heating Control System: for the heating control, grouped supply the electricity by several alternating current contactors to reduce the instantaneous current impact to the electric fence caused by the equipment.

d. Control Mode:Solid State relay zero cross trigger mode.

e. Over Temperature Alarm: when over temperature occurred in some zones, over temperature alarm system in corresponding zones immediately send audible and visual alarm signal and meanwhile the heating of this zone is cut off, other zones normally work, the buzzer sounds alarm.

 

3.3  Drive System Design

a. Drive Control uses the frequency converter drive frequency variable motor to control the speed by gear box. The speed is adjustable continually.

b. Belt conveyor device: to drive the driving and drived wheel through chain and sprocket wheel, and then generate the friction force by driving wheel and the belt drive the belt running. There is a belt deviation guide device on the both sides at the entrance and exit.

5. Equipment Condition

5.1  Equipment Transportation and Onsite Installation

a. The furnace will be wooden box packaging,use container transport to Shanghai port.

b. The Transportation mode: integral transportation, the total length of the furnace is 2800 mm, the width is 930mm, the height is 1250mm.

c. Unload & Installation Equipment: 1 hydraulic forklifts with 2 ton capacity (or 1 crane with 2 ton).  

d. Unpack and Location: When the equipment arrived, the customer inspects the furnace for damage, if everything is good, unload and place the furnace to the desired location.

e. Preparation before Installation: The power and exhaust hood and other conditions must be prepared by the customer before installing the equipment. Please see “The Operational Condition of the Equipment” for details.

f. Others: the unloading, location and outside wiring, exhaust hood of the equipment must be prepared by the customer.

 

5.2 The Operational Condition of the Equipment.

a. Environment Condition: Temperature 0~40℃, Humidity: <80%RH, no corrosive gas, no strong air current.

b. Ventilation System: non-contact exhaust system; exhaust capacity is more than 20m3/h.

c. Ground: level, no obvious vibration, load bearing500kg/m2.

d. Power: Capacity great than 11 kVA, 3 Phase 5 Linescables color: Fire Wire: red ,yellow, blue, Neutral Wire: green, Earth Wire: black.
